TIP OF THE DAY

Is your toilet brush holder a science experiment?

Pour half a cup of bleach into the holder, add enough hot water to cover the bristles, and drop the brush in for 30 minutes. While it soaks, wipe down the outside of the holder with disinfectant spray.

Rinse everything under hot running water, shake off the excess, and prop the brush across the rim of to bowl to air-dry completely before returning it to the holder. This method kills bacteria and mold that thrive in standing water, which can recontaminate your toilet every time you clean it.

BUG CONTROL

Fleas can lay up to 50 eggs a day, turning a small problem into a full-blown infestation in less than a week. We've gathered 4+ proven methods that stop these pests in their tracks and restore peace to your home.

FUN FACT

Ketchup as Medicine?

In the 1830s, an Ohio physician named John Cook Bennett marketed tomato ketchup as a cure for diarrhea, indigestion, and jaundice. He compressed the condiment into pill form and sold it as Dr. Bennett's Tomato Pills across the US.

The fad collapsed within a decade when imitators flooded the market with fake versions, and the medical claims fell apart under scrutiny.

THANK YOU!

From baked-on grime to uninvited fleas, you now have the know-how to handle it all . Glass dishes gleam and grills sizzle clean without the elbow-grease marathon. Your kitchen and home just got a whole lot easier to manage.

Here's to fewer scrubbing sessions,
