French designer Created Sized Bra Cups

Herminie Cadolle, a French corset maker, introduced the first modern bra with separated, sized cups in 1889, a full 25 years before Mary Phelps Jacob's patent.

She called it the "corselet gorge" and sold it from her shop in Paris, dividing the traditional corset into two pieces. Her company still operates today as one of the world's oldest lingerie houses.
